My health goal is to completely cure gastroesophageal reflux disease!
Because I don't feel well, I can't eat freely.
I like coffee, but I feel my stomach doesn't feel good after drinking a cup, so I'm planning to improve my eating habits a bit more.
I plan to drink a different type of tea instead of coffee and eat half a bowl of rice without lying down immediately after eating.
And I plan to walk at least 5,000 steps consistently even if I can't do walking exercise every day.
