만천보나 걸으셧네요 저도 오늘 만보채웟어요
Today, I almost failed to walk 10,000 steps because I was being lazy. I decided to walk 10,000 steps every day without fail, but yesterday I only managed 7,000 steps... and my resolve wavered. The Chuseok holiday isn't over yet, but I won't be lazy just because it's a holiday!! Starting again today, I will walk 10,000 steps daily~~ My health goals for this month are to walk 10,000 steps every day and to add at least 15 minutes of walking after dinner. If I do nothing after eating and then go straight to sleep, I feel very bloated and the next morning feels unpleasant. I just went for a walk now, and I think I feel much better. I will diligently pursue my health goals this month~~
