Maybe it's because I was so happy about losing weight until last week.
This week, I will eat to my heart's content at the buffet.
I think it has become too loose, so I am readjusting it.

Do 20 minutes of strength training
Actually, the hardest part is strength training.
Do not eat late at night
Eat slowly and chew thoroughly.
