This health goal is to walk 10,000 steps and avoid overeating.
I have been consistently walking 10,000 steps for a few weeks now.
At first, it was exhausting, but now I have adapted quite a bit.
I think it also helps a lot in maintaining my weight, so I plan to keep doing it.
Overeating is not good for your body and also causes your weight to increase rapidly.
So I need to try hard to avoid overeating.
I will do my best to follow my health goals.
