Walking more than ten thousand steps a day (walking in daily life) Taking supplements (probiotics, vitamins, omega, collagen) Drink a lot of water daily (more than 1 liter) Do not eat after 6 PM. Go to bed before midnight I think it will be the hardest to not eat after 6 PM, but haha. I plan to set health goals and try to stick to them well~^^
