Lunch in Sokcho♡

While researching where to have lunch before heading home after summer vacation in Sokcho, Gangwon Province

It's a famous restaurant called Baekchon Makguksu.

 

I have a meal reservation at 12:30.

The waiting team in front is 170... wow wow wow

I had a late lunch just after 4 o'clock haha

I waited for 4 hoursㅜㅜ

The waiting line is enormous, and the parking lot is also full of cars.

I ordered and ate 2 servings of buckwheat noodles and 1 slice of boiled pork.

The meat has no smell at all and is very tender.

Makguksu is not seasoned at all.

You can eat cold buckwheat noodles with dongchimi broth.

You can eat buckwheat noodles with only perilla oil.

It's a place where you can add toppings and enjoy bibim guksu (spicy mixed noodles) according to your preference.

 

The dongchimi broth is refreshing, not salty with artificial seasoning, and tastes delicious.

Dried pollock sashimi? The seasoned one is really delicious.
