This is Ban Khot 14 in Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu, Vietnam.
It is said to be bustling all day long with local popular restaurants.
It is a dish called Ban Kotom and another called Ban Beo Chen.
A dish where shrimp is placed on rice flour batter and deep-fried
This is a dish topped with sauce and peanut sprouts on glutinous rice.
Both are wrapped in lettuce and dipped in spicy sauce before eating.
I'll leave the taste to your imagination.
