First of all, it was very convenient because I could make a reservation through Naver.
The reduced wait time made it less stressful, and the wide selection of events offered gave me a wide range of options. The consultation was also very friendly and put my nerves at ease, which was very satisfying. The proactive and helpful explanations helped me resolve many of my questions.
