Monday, I completed my 10,000 steps again today without fail.
I exercised in the morning, had lunch, and relaxed a bit, and now it's already time to prepare dinner.
Since the kids have different after-school class times, I only need to prepare dinner a few times... Today, I think I'll make some kimbap for a change.
