A small epidermal cyst formed on my face and kept causing slight pain. I received an anti-inflammatory injection because I was hoping to treat it by reducing its size and undergo surgery if necessary.

They responded kindly to my inquiries almost immediately, and I was grateful that the director treated only what was necessary without any unnecessary procedures during my visit. I was scared about getting the injection, but it didn't hurt at all🤩 The nurses and receptionists were also very kind, which was great. They even asked about my insurance documents in advance when I submitted them, which was a huge plus.
