Health check-up results

They requested that the results be sent by mail as in previous years after the health checkup. However, a missed call was recorded on the phone a day earlier.

I'm curious and anxious for some reason, so I called the health check-up center, but the line is continuously busy.

I was able to speak on the phone, and as a result, a nodule was seen in the lung, so it was advised to consult directly with a doctor. The appointment was scheduled for about two weeks later. Since the diagnosis was unfamiliar, I looked it up on the internet and found that it was a fibroid in the lung, which could potentially develop into cancer, so I was worried.

Is this really a disease that could be so dangerous? I seek advice from those with experience.
