1. Don't think that the mind comes first.

Go to bed early and wake up early.

Move your body as much as possible during the day, and try to go to bed before 11 o'clock.
3. Dieting is not about losing weight
The method of losing only weight is simple. Just fast for a few days and sweat in a sauna. However, doing so results in the loss of water and muscle that should not be lost.
In the long run, you will become a 'poor constitution' that gains more weight even when eating the same amount. Remove what should be removed and increase what should be increased.
4. Exercise more when you're busy
They are so busy that they split seconds, and the common point among those who have risen high is that they dedicate a certain amount of time to exercise.
If life feels difficult and your strength is depleted to the point of collapsing, start exercising immediately. That's the only way to endure. Exercise is truly the best medicine.
5. Do not rely solely on the doctor; study your body.

Resting is also a skill.
