10 Tips for My Body


1. Don't think that the mind comes first.

Most modern people spend most of their time on mental work. I believe the opposite should be true. Taking care of the body also allows you to take care of the mind and spirit. Conversely, only managing the mental aspect gradually damages the body.

Let's remember. The body comes first.

Go to bed early and wake up early.

To get a good night's sleep, it is best to wake up when it's bright and sleep when it's dark. Experts advise avoiding going to bed too late, as the quality of sleep varies depending on the time you go to bed.

Move your body as much as possible during the day, and try to go to bed before 11 o'clock.

3. Dieting is not about losing weight

The method of losing only weight is simple. Just fast for a few days and sweat in a sauna. However, doing so results in the loss of water and muscle that should not be lost.

In the long run, you will become a 'poor constitution' that gains more weight even when eating the same amount. Remove what should be removed and increase what should be increased.

4. Exercise more when you're busy


They are so busy that they split seconds, and the common point among those who have risen high is that they dedicate a certain amount of time to exercise.

If life feels difficult and your strength is depleted to the point of collapsing, start exercising immediately. That's the only way to endure. Exercise is truly the best medicine.

5. Do not rely solely on the doctor; study your body.

We are not only very ignorant about our bodies, but we also outsource our health management to doctors and other professionals, and usually ignore it. However, this is not a recommended approach.

Do you want to be healthy? Study your body.

That is truly the way to love myself.

6. Drink tea

There is a saying called "Cha-su" (茶壽). It refers to 108 years old. The character "Cha" (茶) is composed of the shape 十十 (20) plus 八十八 (88), totaling 108.

Enjoy your own special tea as a way to refresh yourself regularly. It clears your mind and helps you stay hydrated, so it's a win-win.



7. Eat lightly

Modern diseases are not caused by not eating enough, but by eating too much.

When looking at the Chinese characters for 'cancer,' there are three 'mouth' (口) components. The best food is to eat less.

Experts claim that the growling sound your stomach makes when you're hungry is the best secret to good health and a youthful appearance.

8. Intentionally smile often and frequently

When you tense up, your muscles tighten and your facial expressions disappear. It's okay to do so while working, but if you stay tense continuously, it harms your health.

To relax, you need to loosen your facial muscles. That is laughter. If possible, it is good to smile often, even intentionally.

Resting is also a skill.

Doing well at work is a skill. But taking breaks is also a skill. If you never know when to stop, problems will arise. Working nonstop is like constantly putting your body on high alert, which ultimately damages your health.

Work when working for myself and the company, and rest when resting.

10. Breathe and meditate

Breathing is more important than food and water.

Meditation purifies our body and mind and helps us become more self-aware.

Meditation is called 'meditation' in English, and it shares the same root as the word 'medicine.' This means that meditation can be a remedy for the soul.
