I thought fish would come out, but it's shrimp tempura lol

It's freshly fried and tastes so delicious.

 

One of my favorite foods is water seaweed.

I refilled this and ate it once more.

 

It's really delicious around this time of year.

Water seaweed is a type of marine algae belonging to the kelp family.

It is so nutritious that it is called the vegetable of the sea.

It has a soft texture and a salty sea aroma.

Great for use in various dishes such as seasoned side dishes, soups, and wraps.

Water seaweed benefits

1. Anticancer effect

The alginate components contained in seaweed help eliminate harmful substances and heavy metals from the body. Components such as fucoidan and beta-carotene strengthen the immune system and induce the death of cancer cells, making them effective for cancer prevention.

2. Bone health

Water seaweed is rich in minerals such as calcium, iron, and magnesium, which help improve bone density and strengthen bones. It is also effective for the growth and development of children during their growth period and for preventing osteoporosis.

3. Diabetes Prevention

The alginate component of seaweed adsorbs sugars in the blood, cleanses the blood vessels, prevents rapid spikes in blood sugar levels, and helps lower blood sugar levels.

The components contained in seaweed, such as laminin, alginate, and potassium, help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels, remove fats from the blood, and prevent cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension and arteriosclerosis.
