Bending forward causes severe soreness and pain in the area between the shoulder blades.
Usually, I lie down as if I am resting or lie on my side.
There was no pain in the upper part of my back before.
Suddenly, since last week, I only feel pain when I bend my back. Standing straight doesn't bother me at all.
Should I do planks, any other exercises, or stretching?
