Due to work at the company in the upcoming January
A health check-up is scheduled.
I think I should lose quite a bit of weight by January...
So, I plan to get a new gym membership and do various things.
I will work out hard and try to stay healthier in the new year, so I should cheer up haha
Starting tomorrow, health, let's go, let's go... Fighting!
My goal is to lose 10kg... but in January, I think I'll comfortably lose just 3kg.
