Now, I have this much protein," showing her meal focused on protein from delivery food. The delivery food Jung Eun-ji ate included tofu noodles, chicken thigh meat, and fried eggs. It is currently a protein-focused diet she enjoys for her weight loss.

 

Lee Jeong-eun said that she had to gain a little weight when playing the role of Miran in JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama 'Different Day and Night,' and at that time, she ate a lot of carbohydrates, including a bowl of brown rice with every meal, along with chicken breast. She mentioned that she hardly ate anything else.
