카페인 안 들어있는 다른 차로 교체하시는 것도 권해드려요. 한 번에 그렇게 하지는 못하겠지만은 점점점 그 양을 줄여보시는 것도 괜찮은 것 같습니다.
Question - Is this the result of caffeine addiction?
I usually drink one cup of coffee every day.
One day, I drank coffee containing caffeine. The caffeine content in a cafe latte is about 237 mg. It's a Baekdabang latte, and Baekdabang's caffeine content is quite high.
And the next day, I drank decaffeinated coffee, but strangely, I had a really bad headache...
So I looked it up and my symptoms seem to be exactly like caffeine addiction.. If I don't drink coffee even for a day or if I'm lacking caffeine, I can get a headache, and drinking coffee makes the symptoms go away. I haven't stopped drinking coffee, and decaffeinated coffee still contains a small amount of caffeine, not zero, so can I still experience headaches? On that day, besides the headache, I was feeling okay and didn't have any other pains.
The headache symptoms continued until the next morning. I intentionally did not take any headache medication.
I really wanted to test if I am truly addicted to caffeine.
So in the afternoon, I drank regular coffee instead of decaffeinated. And surprisingly... after about an hour? The headache disappeared!!
Is this really caffeine addiction?
I usually don't drink much coffee and only have one cup a day. Still, I can't believe this is happening.
If this is indeed caffeine addiction, is there a way to overcome it? I don't want to rely too much on coffee.
