Some people experience particularly cold and stiff hands and feet during the winter, when temperatures drop. If this symptom persists, you may have Raynaud's syndrome. Raynaud's syndrome is a condition in which the peripheral blood vessels supplying the hands and feet constrict severely, causing them to become cold. There's a way to determine whether you have Raynaud's syndrome in just one minute.
Last September, the British charity Sclerosis and Raynaud's Society released a 'four-question one-minute test' to determine if you have Raynaud's syndrome.
▲Are your hands and feet sensitive to cold?
▲Does the color of your fingers and toes change due to temperature or stress?
▲Does the area where the color changes become numb or cause severe pain?
▲Have you ever had wounds or ulcers on your fingers or toes? If any of these symptoms apply to you, you should suspect Raynaud's syndrome.
Raynaud's syndrome is a type of blood circulation disorder. While it's normal for peripheral blood vessels to constrict moderately in response to stimuli like cold or stress, in patients with Raynaud's syndrome, these vessels constrict excessively, reducing blood supply to peripheral areas like the hands and feet. Having symptoms of Raynaud's syndrome doesn't necessarily mean you need treatment. Raynaud's syndrome, which is typically triggered by cold or stress, is mild and often improves on its own, requiring no specific treatment.
However, secondary Raynaud's syndrome requires concurrent treatment and correction of the underlying condition. Raynaud's syndrome can easily occur due to vasoconstriction caused by external stimuli, such as cold, or when the autonomic nervous system is sensitive due to childbirth or menopause.
Therefore, it mainly appears in women who have given birth or middle-aged women in their 40s or older who experience significant hormonal changes, and it can also appear in conjunction with other diseases such as diabetes, rheumatism, hyperlipidemia, and disc problems.
To prevent Raynaud's syndrome, wear warm clothing like gloves during the winter and avoid exposing your skin to cold temperatures. Smokers should quit. Avoid caffeinated beverages like coffee, green tea, and chocolate, as well as cold foods like ice. Keep your entire body warm, not just your hands and feet, and avoid cold air and water. Use warm water when washing your face or dishes, and warm your body with a foot bath or half-body bath after exposure to cold air.

I drank Aaro yesterday,
It helps to be a little warm for your body.
The clothes also have a warming effect, so I bought a hand warmer too.
