간헐적단식이 효과가 있긴하나보네요 전 공복시간이 길면 힘들어서 못하겠더라구요

A study found that intermittent fasting, a diet that limits daily intake, is more effective in weight loss than restricting daily calorie intake.
A research team from Bond University's School of Health Sciences and Medicine in Australia analyzed the correlation between meal times and diet. The team divided 2,485 adults aged 18 and older into two groups: a "calorie-restricted group" and an "eight-hour meal window" group. They then analyzed the weight loss over a 12-week period. The results showed that the eight-hour meal window group lost an average of about 2 kg more weight than the calorie-restricted group. Furthermore, the eight-hour meal window group saw an average 1.1 cm greater reduction in waist circumference than the calorie-restricted group.
Professor Ashley, who conducted the study, said, "I recommend not eating after 6 or 7 p.m.," adding, "If you eat late and then go to bed, you won't be able to sleep deeply because the food needs to be digested." He continued, "If you don't get enough sleep, the stress hormone cortisol will increase, which will hinder weight loss and actually cause weight gain." Professor Ashley added, "If you find it difficult to eat an early dinner, eat smaller portions later in the day."
Intermittent fasting restricts daily eating to a 4-12 hour window.
Eat food for 8 hours and rest
The 16:8 diet, which involves fasting for 16 hours, is popular.
While intermittent fasting can be helpful for dieting, it can be a double-edged sword if done incorrectly. If you binge eat intermittently after fasting and end up eating more calories than usual, it can be counterproductive. It can be done so caution is required.

If you do intermittent fasting,
I think I need to be more selective about what I eat the next day.
Because the fasting period is long, it is very easy to end up binge eating.
