I went for a morning walk around Yongchu Valley and the nearby reservoir, then exercised, and I was so tired that I took a nap. I wonder if my stamina is declining because I slept for two hours during the nap, but now I feel sleepy again. I barely managed to walk 8,000 steps! Yesterday, I went to the countryside, went to bed around midnight, woke up at 7 in the morning, walked to the valley at 9, and then slept from 12:50 to 3. I don't think I did much, so why am I so tired? I sleep too much and no matter what I do, my stamina can't keep up, so I'm a bit worried. Recently, I sometimes feel dizzy when walking, so I started taking iron supplements and magnesium. Could it be because it's fall?
