◇Acorn jelly

 

Acorn jelly is a popular diet food. With only about 46 calories per 100g, it's rich in dietary fiber, making it effective for weight loss. Its high water content also helps you feel full with a small amount, and it also helps eliminate cholesterol. The tannins in acorn jelly, which give it its astringent flavor, help eliminate free radicals and protect the stomach lining. They can also help alleviate diarrhea. They also inhibit fat absorption, making them beneficial for dieting.

 

In fact, there is research showing that eating acorns reduces the weight of fatty tissue in the liver and kidneys, and also lowers low-density cholesterol, which is bad for blood vessels. According to Donguibogam, a medical book from the Joseon Dynasty,

Green tea has excellent health benefits, but it's best to limit your intake to two or three cups a day. A single cup of green tea contains 30-50 mg of caffeine, and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety recommends a maximum daily intake of 400 mg for adults. Consuming more than the recommended amount is not recommended. Epigallocatechin gallate, a component found in green tea, increases the risk of liver damage if consumed in excess of the recommended amount.
