Just climbing stairs makes me short of breath, so I want to increase my lung capacity.

I have a naturally small lung capacity, and as I get older, I find myself getting short of breath more easily.

When this happens, do swimming or walking exercises. Breathe deeply often. Practice diaphragmatic breathing. Eat foods that help maintain lung health.

      그럴수록 폐활량 늘리는 운동해야겠죠...

    저도 폐활량이 적었는데  금연후 3년 쯤되니  정상으로 돌아오더라구요  혹시 흡연하시면 금연해보세요
