I have a naturally small lung capacity, and as I get older, I find myself getting short of breath more easily.
When this happens, do swimming or walking exercises. Breathe deeply often. Practice diaphragmatic breathing. Eat foods that help maintain lung health.
It would be nice if strengthening lung capacity like this makes climbing stairs less difficult.
