Just one more step when exercising!
Whenever you can walk, try to run once or twice; whenever you can climb stairs, try to go up two steps at a time; after walking or running and when your sweat cools down, try climbing stairs!
As if a health trainer is shouting, "One more!"
I think I should try adding just one more progressive overload myself.
