I have all the unhealthy habits that are bad for my health.

I can't sleep, so I can't sleep, and my legs automatically cross.
I drink alcohol whenever I feel stressed, and I also smoke whenever I drink.
I don't exercise well, and I think I have all the unhealthy habits.
I don't know how to change my habitsㅜ
Where and how should I start changing it?
