As everyone well knows, eating breakfast every morning is the quickest way to lose weight!

If you skip breakfast, your overall eating habits become irregular, leading to overeating at lunch and dinner.

The specific reasons why you should eat breakfast are as follows.

  3. Since you haven't eaten and are resting, when your stomach starts to eat breakfast and begins to move, it starts burning energy, causing your basal body temperature, which was low during sleep, to begin to rise!

    2. Helps with appetite control

    ย 

    If you have a nutritious breakfast without skipping it, you're less likely to overeat, which can help control your appetite during the active lunchtime!

    ย 

    3. Activity energy production

    ย 

    When you excessively restrict your diet while dieting, you may become lethargic and sluggish during your waking hours and activities because your body cannot generate energy, which can increase feelings of fatigue!

  5. 4. Protein intake may increase more.

  6. Breakfast can be another opportunity to consume enough protein throughout the day!

    According to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, a high-protein diet showed greater effects on satiety compared to a low-protein diet. Furthermore, a high-protein diet positively impacts metabolism and satiety, and is associated with greater weight loss due to its ability to lower hunger hormones and overall food intake!

    Especially regarding point 4 - increasing protein intake, I highly recommend eating chicken breast fried rice for breakfast!!!!

    These days, frozen chicken breast fried rice is quite cost-effective and comes in a variety of flavors like curry, vegetables, and garlic, making it a convenient meal to just microwave and eat!
