My personal diet tips _ intermittent fasting and healthy smoothies

I am also severely obese. After injuring my leg last winter, I couldn't go out for almost a month and stayed at home, which caused my weight to increase more rapidly. I thought it was quite serious, so after considering various options, I started intermittent fasting. I eat only until 3 PM, and after that, I only drink water. As a snack, I have a glass of tomato juice, and gradually I have returned to my previous weight.My personal diet tips _ intermittent fasting and healthy smoothies
