Introducing my dieting tips

Recently, I have been watching a lot of videos on YouTube about Dr. Jo Seung-woo's vegetable and fruit diet. He says that dieting is not about losing weight, but about creating a healthy body. That really resonated with me, so I started the vegetable and fruit diet. I also practice intermittent fasting, maintaining at least 12 hours of fasting, and I always eat one meal a day consisting of vegetables and fruits. As a result, I lost weight and my belly fat decreased significantly. I chop raw cabbage, apples, and carrots, chew them thoroughly, and eat them, which keeps me full for a long time and feels good. These days, I add seasonal healthy ingredients like cherry tomatoes, blueberries, tofu, and nuts. Try the healthy vegetable and fruit diet! You can lose at least 3 kilograms in just two weeks!

    건강하게 다이어트 하시네요~ 살을빼기도 중요하지만 건강을 위해 한다는거 저도 맞는 말인것 같아요.
    저도 12시간은 꼭 공복으로 두고 한끼는 건강하게 먹기 하고 있거든요. 그렇게 하다보니 살이 진짜 빠지더라구요^^
