Salads are good when dieting.
Eating a salad for at least one meal can help you feel full.
Eating it beautifully and colorfully also makes you feel happier.
Perhaps because of that, when starting a diet, I include salad.
Add colorful tomatoes, nuts, and other ingredients to make it look nice and appealing.
And when you go on a diet, the amount you eat decreases.
I'm glad I can go to the bathroom easily too~
So, a salad meal is my secret tip for dieting.
