My secret to dieting is consistent exercise.
Any kind of exercise, once you start, you do it for at least a few months to several years.
The exercises I did
- Health
Swimming
- Squash
- Spinning
- Pilates
- Yoga
I have been swimming for over two years now since COVID-19.
I find fun and active exercise to be the right fit for me. So, I haven't been able to do yoga and Pilates for long.
If you consistently do the right exercise for yourself, it seems that you naturally lose weight as well.
I have been steadily maintaining my weight from my twenties to now, in my mid-thirties.
To lose weight through exercise as part of my usual routine, of course, diet is important, but I also need to do my best with exercise each time. I try to kick as hard as I can during my kicks.. haha
Fasting and doing morning swimming really burn a lot of calories.
So, I recommend fasting and exercising in the morning!
Since doing only one type of exercise can become boring and dieting can be difficult, it's good to find and try new exercises in such cases.
If I get tired of swimming, I want to try boxing or Zumba dance too! Haha
