I usually get home around 7 o'clock.
Is it better to exercise immediately and then eat around 9:30?
I'm wondering whether it's better to eat or go exercise around 8 o'clock.
The feeling of fullness remains even after sleeping.
The latter makes my body feel a bit heavier when I exerciseㅠ
