I'm not particularly diligent about dieting, but I do consistently run.
There seems to be nothing more effective for dieting than running.
I think it's one of the exercise methods with many advantages, such as sweating, working out, and clearing the mind.
These days, the weather is hot, making it difficult, but I still plan to try consistently.
