Oatmeal from the mountains and fields purchased at Cash Deal.
It's affordable with three packs of 500g each for 9,900 won.
I have been consistently eating this product because it's rolled oats.
Rolled oats - oats that are steamed, flattened thin, and dried.
Quick oatmeal - with the smallest particle size, it is the easiest to cook in the shortest time. However, quick oatmeal has a relatively high GI index, making it unsuitable as a diet food. The GI index measures how quickly carbohydrate-containing foods raise blood sugar levels after a meal, expressed as a number.
If you're thinking about dieting or blood sugar, I recommend rolled oats~
