How to get rid of headaches: meditate!!

A good way to get rid of headaches is to meditate. I listen to sounds from MindKey and meditate for about a minute. Then, the headache disappears, my mind calms down, and I feel relaxed, which makes me feel good and energized. So, I meditate for about a minute to eliminate my headache.
