I often have headaches, so it's very difficult.
I visited the hospital and received medication because I had a severe migraine.
Certainly, the medication was very effective. I only took it when I was in severe pain, and now my migraines have improved a lot, but whenever I get a little stressed or feel overwhelmed, the headache suddenly comes on.
Whenever I have a headache, my method is to meditate.
Stop what you're doing and take a break to think... Because stress is the biggest cause, you should do nothing and think of nothing.
When I listen to meditation music, take deep breaths, and let go of my thoughts, I gradually start to feel better!
