How to relieve headaches with stair exercises

I am someone who usually suffers from chronic headaches.

I started exercising because of a headache, and it definitely has an effect.

You don't have to go to the gym or work out.

Doing home training at home, exercising with equipment at the recovery center, or climbing stairs definitely seems to help with headaches.

Since I started exercising, my traffic has really decreased a lot. Everyone, try exercising too.

    운동하면 혈액순환도 잘되니 머리쪽으로 가는 혈액순환도 좋아질거구 운동이 두통에 효과가 있다는 말이 일리가 있는것 같습니다. 저도 실천 해볼께요^
