1. Look at the nutritional facts of Greek yogurt.
It is divided into those with high protein content and those with high carbohydrate content.
The higher the protein content, the thicker it is. The digestion time is longer.
4. If the carbohydrate content is high, it is sweet.
Please refer to the ingredient list and choose accordingly.
I thought all yogurt had the same ingredients, but that wasn't the case.
