Pickled vegetables are hell... It's as exhausting as making kimchiㅠㅠ

 

My family always makes pickled vegetables in May.

Garlic, chili, pickled cucumbers...

There are many family members to share with.

I need to set aside a day to do mass production, haha.

 

At the neighborhood market where I used to live before

I used to peel garlic myself, sell it, and just make soy sauce water, so I only had to pour it on.

The neighborhood I moved to this time doesn't have a marketㅠㅠ

Of course, there's no one to blame...

 

I bought 4 bunches of garlic, and two people peeled for 6 hours...

Finally finished after all the trouble!

 

From now on... I think I'll buy and eat it ^^;;;

    어휴..너무 고생많으셨네요.  담궈놓으면 일년이 편하긴한데 너무 힘드실거 같아요. 나누지 말고 드실것만 조금만 담그세요.
