Making Sikhye (sweet rice drink)

Last night, I cooked rice because I was craving sweet rice punch.

He kept the rice warm with water rinsed with yeast and let it ferment overnight. As soon as he woke up, he transferred it to a large pot, added sugar, and started boiling.

It would taste good if I eat it refreshingly.

I also talked about sharing with those I was grateful to.^^
