The running crew's method has changed.

It's good for beginners to start learning.

 

There are many types, but since it's my first time today, I tried the beginner course.

 

✔️Stretching 4 minutes

✔️Learning for 3 minutes

✔️With a 5-minute walk of pull-down

 

Points to watch out for when running 👣 They even explain the position and posture for closing the footstep.

 

Safety comes first when exercising 👍

 

🎙️ Anyone interested in taking on running challenges, please try it out.

It's a friendly running plan that even provides essential exercise information. 👏👏👏

 

It's a 3-minute run, but I kept running for 8 minutes.
