Cut my hand while opening the lid of a Bacchus drink

When you're unlucky, you get hurt like this.

I was spinning it with the sharp part pressed against the floor, so it ripped right through!

The wound isn't very deep, but since it's on my palm, it keeps getting wet, so the bandage keeps falling off, which is bothering me.
