A glass of water in the morning makes a difference in how your day starts.

Lately, I have started drinking a cup of lukewarm water every morning as soon as I open my eyes.
It has been exactly about a week, and I feel much more at ease and my mind clearing up faster.
It’s a small habit, but it’s fascinating how my body reacts first.
