Lately, I've been hooked on 10 minutes of stretching in the morning.

I used to wake up feeling stiff and barely manage to get to work, but I started doing a short morning stretch after watching a YouTube video. It's only 10 minutes, but I can hear my body cracking as it stretches, and it feels incredibly refreshing. I definitely feel a difference in my energy when starting the day. Everyone, you should definitely stretch your bodies out before you start your day!
