A sun halo appeared in the sky yesterday; did you see it?

There was a school sports day yesterday, so I was at the sports field.

People were whispering... it was such a commotion, I wondered what was going on....

A rainbow appeared in the sky where I am, so...

Oh my~~ It's not even raining, so what's with the rainbow~ I was thinking.

When I went outside, the sun was all round around me.

There was a sun halo.

A sun halo is an optical phenomenon that looks like a circular band around the sun, appearing when light passing through ice crystals such as cirrus clouds is reflected and refracted.

That's what they say... lol

It was my first time seeing it, so it was really fascinating.
