If you move lightly every 30 minutes, your post-meal blood sugar level will drop!

I was watching YouTube and found this helpful, so I'm sharing it.

After eating, do not sit down immediately for at least 5 minutes and do light exercise.

It is said that getting up every 30 minutes and doing light exercise for 2-3 minutes is more effective as it reduces postprandial blood sugar, insulin, and pancreatic burden by 30-40%.

So these past few days, I've been getting up and moving around every 30 minutes.

For light exercise, like a capture

Calf raises

Squats (full, half, chair squats)

Knee raises (raising the knees in place)

Push-ups [knee push-ups, wall push-ups]

Pull-ups/hanging [for those who can]

Walking in place (with arms swinging wildly)

Deeps [using a chair/sofa]

lunge

Climbing stairs

Housework (sweeping, washing dishes, hanging laundry)

There are etc.~~

We all move around frequently after eating.

Take care of your health~~
