Simple meditation stretching for everyday life🤸‍♂️ Meditation method

 

1. Interlace your hands comfortably and slowly raise them above your head.

2. Slowly raise your hand, brushing it behind your ear.

3. Raise it just above your head, then turn your palms over and face the ceiling.

4. Open your chest and stretch your arms as if pushing up toward the ceiling with your palms.

5. When you can no longer lift, slowly lower your arms to the side with your arms straight.

 

This movement will open your chest and give you a refreshing feeling.

When watching TV or working on the computer, take a break for a while
