Last Saturday, I had a really bad stomachache, and it felt like my stomach was completely blocked all day. I couldn't eat properly, so it was really difficult. At first, I thought it would get better with time, so I tried to hold out for a while, but there was no improvement, so I ended up going to the hospital. I got some medication and an IV drip, and my body started to feel better little by little.
In the meantime, I completely stopped eating stimulating foods like coffee, sweets, and flour, thinking that it might help with my recovery. Instead, I tried to eat three meals a day, eating each spoonful slowly and chewing thoroughly.
After managing it like that for a few days, my stomach feels much better and I can eat normally again, which is a relief. I hope everyone reading this stays healthy and is always mindful of their food and lifestyle habits.
