Started exercising, such as walking 10,000 steps daily, five years ago with the goal of losing 10 kilograms. However, failed.
Changed eating habits a year ago. Still eat three meals a day but cut the portion size in half and replaced white rice with multigrain rice. Significantly reduced intake of wheat-based foods such as noodles, ramen, and bread. Fruit consumption was also reduced to less than half. Although the weight was reduced from 70 kg to 68 kg over four years, after changing eating habits, it dropped to 65 kg, then to 62 kg six months ago, and now maintains between 59 and 60 kg. Of course, I am also doing 10,000 steps of walking exercise.
The problem is that the clothes are too big, so I'm wearing them shortened.
