A glass of chickpea soy milk (it's good even from the calorie perspective!)

I prepared it in advance last night.

Add chickpeas, and just put in plain water without any additives~

I didn't even add salt, so it tastes bland lol

 

Still, I drank a small cup for breakfast.

    병아리콩 1컵 270칼로리 생각보다는 높네요. 저도 요즘 숟가락으로 막 퍼먹고 있는데 칼로리 생각을 좀 해야겠네요ㅋ
