(Concern) Decreased vision

About six years ago, I had cataract surgery on one eye. I thought my vision was rapidly deteriorating because my right eye, compared to my left eye, was much worse. I went to the hospital, found out I had a cataract, and underwent surgery. It was quite difficult at the time... Recently, my vision in my left eye has dropped again, and I'm worried. Is it a cataract... or just a decline in vision... I have memories of the difficulties I went through back then, so I'm hesitant to go to the hospital easily.
