My dry eyes are severe.

Not only are the eyes simply dry, but also

There is pain.

I'm scared because it's the first time I feel this pain.

I had a glaucoma test because of severe pain, and the results came back normal.

I was diagnosed with dry eye syndrome as the cause of my pain, and I am applying artificial tears.

There is no significant improvement.

Is there a fundamental way to treat it?

저도 전에 안구건조증이라고 진단받고 안약을 넣었는데 우선 핸드폰이나 컴퓨터등 전자제품을 멀리해야되요. 눈의 피로도를 무지하게 올리는 거라 눈물액 자주 넣으시고 잘먹고 잘 쉬면 확실히 좋아져요
